About an hour before this shoot was to begin, it began to lightly sprinkle, then rain, then POUR. We talked about rescheduling, but decided instead just to head the location and hope that the rain would let up for a few minutes so we could shoot. The rain, however, continued to fall in a steady downpour. I asked them what they wanted to do, and Kami and David decided to just go for it and see what we could get. So, wrapping my camera in ziploc bags (yeah, I’m ghetto), we went for it! I’m glad that we did, because I actually like the moody saturation the rain gave to the shots. Also, who doesn’t like a little adventure now and then?

David and Kami will be combining their two cute little families into one. These kids were awesome to put up with the rain!
