How sweet is this little peanut? I had the honor of photographing the wedding of this little guy’s parents, and was so excited to hear that they were adding a new addition to their family! Meet baby Corbin. We’re so happy you’re here!

Don’t you just love this little peanut sack? Found it in a bag of scrap materials a neighbor was giving away. Woohoo!

Another BYU fan!

Oh I just love the little wrinkles and folds on babies. Don’t you?

Recognize these two? This guy is one lucky kid to have such awesome parents.

Okay, could you just die over this face? LOVE it!

Nothin’ sweeter than baby toes…

I’m so happy for my brother Nate and his new bride Joanna! Aren’t they a gorgeous couple? LOVE Jo’s dress.

I hope you all had a fabulous Valentine’s day weekend! My brother got married, so our weekend was definitely filled with love!
Speaking of love, what happens when a skier and a snowboarder fall in love? They get engaged at Wedding Ring Run at the Sundance Ski Resort, of course!
I photographed Brad’s sister’s wedding (hey Lindsey!) a few years back, so it’s fun to be now photographing Brad’s engagements and upcoming wedding. We decided to do the shoot at Sundance since that’s where they spent much of their dating time and eventually their engagement!
So without further ado, meet the happy couple!

Meet my newest little nephew Greyson! This little guy reminds me so much of his big brother Tyson. They’re both such handsome devils.

Love this little grin

hello there

GO COUGS!!

As you may know, I’m not a morning person. But it has become nearly impossible to hate mornings when you have a little cherub smiling in your face. Here’s a typical morning at our house.
1. Wake up ready for the day!

2. Drink bottle while snuggling and reading with daddy (this really does happen every morning. Jake is an avid reader and Audrey just snuggles up while he reads)

3. Seek for high adventure off the side of the bed (or sometimes under the covers)

4. Make dad explain for the 100th time why he has to go to work, rather than stay home and play

What do mornings at YOUR house look like?
Here’s a few favorites I’ve taken recently of Audrey. I’ll be posting more soon…I’m so in love with her!!

Little bit of a crazy hair day…

don’t you love this green? thanks to my friend lindsay

you better believe I nibble on this chub for most of the day….

I love this family. Their son Rhett and I have grown up together and have always been good friends. I took dance lessons from both Janet (mom) and Christina (sister). Now Matt (brother) and my cousin Jared have teamed up as wedding videographers. Check them out here. Basically, this family is fantastic all around. We met up shortly after Christmas for this shoot, and it was great to see them all!

Mary was a bridesmaid for a wedding I shot about 2 years ago. Now it’s her turn to be the bride. Hooray! Mary and Brent will be tying the knot this spring. So, of course, an engagement session was in order. We headed up Hobble Creek Canyon for this shoot. Little did they know I would be making them hike through the snow! Poor Mary’s feet were just about frozen solid by the time we were done. I’m excited about the shots we got though. I’d say it was worth it, wouldn’t you?

Do you love horses? Well, so do I. And so does my sister Valerie. She’s been talking about having a photo of horses–Man From Snowy River style (a fabulous movie from the 80’s)–in her house for years now. Every year I would think, “this year I’m going to do that” and I never do. But I finally did it! When I drew her name for Christmas, I knew I had to make it happen this time. Luckily, I have an aunt (thanks Becky!!) who raises/sells horses, and has some of the most beautiful horses I’ve ever seen. It took a few different days of shooting, but with my aunt’s help (and my uncle’s lens–thanks Levor!), I was able to get THE shot. Oh yeah, and I also got a bunch of other great ones too.
I felt very “Pioneer Woman” editing these shots.

Clash of the Titans

Aren’t they beautiful?

I think she’s my favorite. Such a beauty!

Love the energy of this one

Check out that curly mane!

And here it is….THE shot that I gave to my sister:

Saw one that you liked? You can purchase a printed, signed copy of any of these images to display in your home or office. Just contact me for size and price. I am limiting the number of each image that I offer to 3, so once they are sold, they are gone. Thanks!

Happy New Year everyone! I hope you all had a fantastic holiday break. I know I thoroughly enjoyed mine. But now it’s back to work!
This session actually took place several weeks ago. My friends Rachel and Micah are now officially married and enjoying their honeymoon. Woot! I was so excited these two were tying the knot, as I’ve been friends with them for years now. Rachel was a gorgeous bride, and I’m so glad they asked me to take her bridals. Despite the BITTER cold weather (not really sure how Rachel survived), Rachel still managed to look lovely.
